Penthouse with Private Solarium and Panoramic Sea Views – Hacienda El Sueño, Mijas

Above it all. On the top floor of Hacienda El Sueño, this exceptional three-bedroom penthouse combines 70.70 m² of interior living space with 53 m² of private outdoor space across two levels: a 16.59 m² terrace directly off the living room, and a 36.55 m² private solarium one floor higher — your own rooftop retreat with no neighbours above and no view to be taken away.
From the solarium, the panorama stretches across the Mediterranean, Fuengirola and the surrounding mountains. There is ample space for sun loungers, a lounge area and a full dining table — equally suited to a lazy afternoon in the sun or an evening with a drink watching the coastline fade into dusk.

Designed to live in. Licensed to let.
Inside, the light-filled living and dining area opens directly to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and bathroom are all well proportioned, and the apartment is offered fully furnished with air conditioning throughout for both cooling and heating. The private parking space (11.67 m²) and storage room (7.42 m²) in the building's basement are included. The apartment is accessible by lift

A key advantage: the penthouse holds a tourist rental licence, and the community has voted in favour of holiday rentals. Whether you use it yourself year-round or combine personal stays with rental income, the framework is already in place. Hacienda El Sueño also has a professional rental organisation on site that can, take care of the entire rental process, including key management, marketing, cleaning and maintenance.
