Fully renovated in 2019, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a compact, functional one-bedroom layout. It's located on the second floor with no lift, though access is easy thanks to a short staircase. The property is for exclusive guest or owner use, with remote check-in available.

An existing booking portfolio for the coming months is in place, transferable by agreement. The property holds over 300 reviews on major booking platforms, almost all with the highest rating.
