Top floor with a very large solarium/rooftop terrace!
Beautiful & bright apartment in walking distance to restaurants and the local supermarket.
This amazing apartment went through a large renovation only 1 1/2 years ago, with a brand new open plan kitchen & underfloor heating in both bathrooms.
From the living room you enter a south facing good size terrace. However, if you walk up the external spiral staircase, you find yet an other extremely large solarium, where you can enjoy the most incredible views of both the sea, the enchanting mountains & all the green areas around Cerros del Aguila.
When the current owner renovated, they also installed an outdoor shower on the top terrace, so you are able to be cooled down when tanning in the hot summer months.
If you enjoys sports, the nearest padel club is located in walking distance. The same accounts for the infamos Cerrado Golf Club! On top, this unique investment is located only a few steps (meaning walking distance) from the new grand park area that the municipality of Mijas is in the process of building. It will become the largest park ever built on the Costa del Sol!
Furthermore, this great home comes with 1 private parking space which is located within the gated community. And this amazing homw is sold fully furnished. It even comes with a sofa-bed, so all-in-all it is possible to sleep 6 persons in total. So all you need is to pack your suitcase, enter your perfect holiday home & enjoy the easy life on the Costa del Sol!
It is worth mentioning that the current owners have obtained the tourist license for short terms rentals, and the community has not voted against short term rentals. However, as with all other communities, new owners still have to ask the administration if wishing to continue using the touristic license.
Tourist license:
This amazing apartment already has tourist license, and administration accepts the continuation for the new owners!
