The entrance floor welcomes us with a spacious hall, which connects the entire house. Directly to the right is a large living room with dining area, where the whole family can fit. On this floor there is also a toilet, as well as a living room that was previously the house's kitchen. This room can be restored to a kitchen, as all water connections are still there.

We go down the stairs with the beautifully decorated wrought iron railing, to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and there is also access to the house's natural meeting place, the large terrace with private pool. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The terrace can also be accessed from the private parking, which is located at the entrance to the house.

Malaga airport takes just under 45 minutes by car, but there is also regular bus service from Nerja. The renowned Baviera golf course is only 15 minutes ‌by ‌car ‌from ‌your new ‌home. ‌In ‌winter you ‌only have an hour and ‌a ‌half ‌drive ‌to Granada ‌with skiing in ‌Sierra ‌Nevada, ‌the ‌best ‌of ‌both ‌worlds.
