Parhus i Mijas Costa

Corner townhouse with panoramic sea views

Set in a small and peaceful complex in the sought-after Higuerón area, this three-bedroom corner townhouse enjoys some of the finest views and sun exposure within the community.

Its elevated position offers an uninterrupted panorama across Fuengirola, stretching from the coastline and marina to the Mediterranean Sea. With only one adjoining neighbour and no properties overlooking it, the house feels remarkably private and open.

One of its greatest advantages is the wraparound terrace. Thanks to the corner position and southwest orientation, different areas of the terrace receive sunlight throughout the day, from the first morning coffee until the sun disappears behind the Sierra de Mijas. There is plenty of room to create separate spaces for outdoor dining, barbecues, relaxing and entertaining.

The terrace currently features a jacuzzi, included with the property, while there may also be the possibility of replacing it with a private pool, subject to the relevant technical and community approvals.

Inside, the main level offers a spacious and bright living area with an open-plan, fully fitted kitchen. Large doors connect the interior directly with the terrace, allowing the living space and outdoor areas to flow naturally together. A guest toilet completes this floor.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms share a terrace with beautiful open views towards the sea, while the third offers a quieter outlook towards the Sierra de Mijas and its pine-covered landscape.

The property is presented in excellent condition and comes fully furnished. It also benefits from air conditioning, central heating, a fireplace, fitted wardrobes, double glazing, fibre-optic internet, and private parking. Residents have access to a communal swimming pool within the gated complex.

A bus stop directly outside the development provides convenient connections to Mijas Pueblo, Higuerón Resort and its restaurants, Benalmádena and the beach. Fuengirola, with its restaurants, shops, shopping centres and everyday services, is only a few minutes away.

Easy access to the AP-7 also places Málaga Airport at approximately 15 minutes by car, while Marbella can be reached quickly ‌via ‌the ‌toll ‌road.

This is ‌a ‌home ‌that combines ‌privacy, exceptional views and genuinely ‌usable ‌outdoor ‌space ‌in one ‌of the most ‌convenient ‌locations ‌on ‌the ‌Costa ‌del ‌Sol.
